Call for Conference Proceedings Papers

LITU & AsiaTEFL International Graduate Conference 2025 Proceedings

“Empowering Global Professionals: Advancing English Language Teaching and Career Communication”

Papers presented at the LITU & AsiaTEFL International Graduate Conference 2025, held on 4th–5th July 2025, will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings as full-length scholarly articles.

Manuscript Guidelines

Authors who presented at the LITU & AsiaTEFL International Graduate Conference 2025 are invited to submit full papers for consideration in the conference proceedings. Please carefully follow the submission requirements below:

  1. Formatting: Authors are required to use the official (Style Sheet Template – link) and format the manuscript accordingly before submission.
  2. Length: Submissions must be no fewer than 4,500 words and no more than 6,000 words, excluding the abstract, references, author(s)’ biodata, and appendix.
  3. Abstract & Keywords: Each manuscript must include:
    1. An abstract not exceeding 250 words
    2. 3–5 keywords

Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements will not be considered for review.* 

Important Dates:
Deadline for submission: 25 June 2025
Confirmation of Acceptance: Before 20 July 2025 
Submission after Revision (if any): Before 1 August 2025
Proceedings Publication: September 2025
